Our onsite management team aims to maximise the long term investment of your residence. The Park and Lexington Residences are one of only a few buildings in the suburb that offers only long term (3 months +) letting arrangements. West Village’s proximity to the airport, CBD and South Bank cultural region and the surrounding village cafe and parkland precinct has ensured it will appeal to a long term market. Airbnb will not be allowed in the building as this reduces overall value of residences, creates difficulty in managing noise, security and increased wear and tear issues as well as unconstrained use and damage of our communal and recreational facilities. Occupants of the building will include a mix of owner-occupiers and long term tenants. The onsite team also undertake quarterly inspections of your residence to ensure it is maintained to a high standard.
Our onsite management team will keep you up to date on the tenancy details of your residence. It is not possible to offer the approval of each tenant by each owner due to Queensland State Legislation which is very regimented and prescriptive in letting policy and procedures. For example, our team undertakes background checks on each long term applicant among other procedures before approving tenants. Ability to pay rent, past referrals and employer checks are all taken into account before a tenancy application is approved.
